i would just like to thank all the members that braved the weather and the $35 bucks. to attend the eastern creak round off the V8super cars and do there bit to advertise the FPV/TICKFORD club.
well done lads/girls
ps . out off some 175 members it was a bit diserppointing to only
see the same old hand full of people doing there bit for the club.
we can only hope that the next event will bring out some new faces as well.
well said mate. Dunno what we gotta do to get people interested in doing things with the club. Gee, some guys could've come from Newcastle with Mark in his GT, but, yeah no interest even in that. I would've jumped at the chance for a ride in spankin new GT. Oh well, it was their loss for not attending what turned out to be Fords best race day in more than 5 years!!!

Personally, I'd just like to say that all of you that stayed home were so much SMARTER than those of us who went to the track and FROZE OUR ARSES OFF!!!!!!!!
But apart from that, it was a good day.
Forgive my atrocious photo taking skills - not helped by the reduction in quality required to fit them in these posts - hope others with better pics will post them soon!
Cheers
Jason

I think to be fair, the Newcastle only formed on the 13th April. The Newcastle Club hasn't even had a formal meeting. Some people only met Mark on Wednesday night at Newcastle Stars and cars.
I think your comment is valid but not necessarily fair when directed towards the Newcastle club
