As far as i know it is tonight. I'm planning to turnup at Flemington. I'm guessing it's starting at 8:00pm as per the other meetings the club has.

Yep tonite, usual time and place according to the letter that I received. Bit unusual that nothing has been placed on the Forum though.

When did you get your letter Steve?

As you can tell by now I'm not at the meeting, I'm sitting at home on the computer

No doubt it will turn up in the mail tomorrow! The last I heard they were not sure about the date. I didn't want to drive all that way to find out it wasn't on.

Oh well, I guess I'll find out our new name soon enough.

Hello Jamie,

All members were sent a letter with the information about the Special Meeting, including time and date.
You should have received the letter around new year as letters were posted on the 30th or 31st December.
I should know, I folded and addressed all 170 of them.
So dont expect it to arrive tomorrow, as I am a little more efficient than that.
If you didnt receive the letter, your address listed with the club might be incorrect.

The time and date were even mentioned at the January General Meeting two weeks ago. Even a brief discussion about the proposed changes was thrown around.
And I have Jamie H on the attendance sheet from that meeting.

We are now known as the FPV-Tickford Club of NSW.

The impression I got from the January meeting was that the date was still to be decided. Normally you will post on here to confirm.

I did get a letter in December, so the address is right.

Oh well, unfortunately it won't be the only meeting I'll miss this year!

Stickers, shirst etc will be a while away yet.
New club logo design etc. to be nutted out.
We are getting a few things done for FPV Day in March, but will also be using some of the old banners, sign's etc.
