G'day fellas...
I tag'd along with the new forums group V8owners.com to WSID wednesday, had an absolute ball, got to see wot the GT-P really pulls WOOT its in the 13's (13.990 @ 103.81Mph)
Anyways, just seeing if there is any interest by u guyz/Girls weather you would be interested in comming to the next street meet that will be organised in the (near) future?
If there is any interest please post and let me know...
There are a lot of fast commo's out there and not many fords (hint, hint)
it would be good to see some people out there from 3FB Inc. and FPV-Tickford clubs, you could easly beat a GT-P :-)
When Juicy finally gets registered I'll definately be heading out. Unfortunately who knows how long that will take hopefully only a month but you never know.

it would be great to arange a weekend with the guys from N.S.W. as the strip up there is supposed to be one of the quickest & also has a concrete launch pad so traction is not going to be a problem

lmao the gt-p only has 2400k's, yeah well V8owners.com has just started up and it would be great to see alot more fords there, as there is quite a few commo's
Yep, I was there and met 'MadManz' and his partner, nice people, and a good meeting.
My best time was - 14.498 @ 96.38mph (155.10kmh).
I will surely go along again, next time with slicks in hand, as traction though good, wasn't enough to stop any wheelspin launching above 1800rpm.
Rick.

What's that?..... Did I hear you say TQE power?
I know I'm thread mining slightly but the next meet hasn't come and gone yet I don't think...
I'm keen to go along to a day, more as a support car to store stuff in, provide drinks and be part of the paprazzi - bring many cameras and get some videos.
I just don't think it's healthy to let Holden owners see my car on the 1/4 mile but I reckon I could get some great 60 foot times!
So count me in for the next WSID Drag Day as a 3FB Support Vehicle.
Tim
