Hi there, I just inherited a 1989 Topaz in great condition, but it only has lap belts in the rear seat, and I need shoulder belts for my two kids and tehir car seats/booster seats. My owner manual says that they are available as an after-purchase optional kit, but Ford no longer carries them. The 1990-94 models all come with them standard, but the shelf behind the seat where they are mounted is different than my 1989 model.

Anyone know where I can pick up a kit that would fit?

I live in Canada, but I don't mind if they exist anywhere in North America.

You might also try any local boneyards. The Pull-a-part where I live usually has more Tempo/Topaz than what I see on the streets.

There are places like Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market that will search the used part market nation-wide for what you need.
