87 tempo throttle shaft question

Car has up and down idle issue. Waiting on new Idle control motor I decided to check vacuum lines via blowing cigar smoke in plenum. The only leak found was slight one behind tps. I was blowing kinda hard(not red in the face hard).
Question is should throttle shaft leak at all. Car had 50,000 miles on it, but I'm sure a lot of the rubber components have hardened from age. Cant seem to find replacement seals online anywhere.

Re: 87 tempo throttle shaft question

Autozone carries a throttle body repair kit and throttle body valve bushings, not sure if they are what you need, but it's worth a look. Rock Auto also has repair kits, but I didn't see the bushings.

Re: 87 tempo throttle shaft question

The leak I'm having is coming from butterfly valve shaft. I've looked around online and only examples I see is for turbo engines. They have o ring seals on both end of shaft that become brittle with age causing boost leaks.
