just picked up a 89 topaz with 198000kms. 5 speed. it seems to run rather well but the other day it was aboiut 13celcius outside and i was driving for about 45 mins then it started repeatedly stalling on me . id push the gas and it be chugging then eventually die again. i sat and wait and looked at stuff for bout an hour and it stayed started till i got home. pulled a code 31--egr related thinjking of replacing pfe sensor. i dont think an egr problem would make it run like that. last note- fuel pump seems kinda loud also i got new plugs wires cap rotor fuel filter pcv and air filter. im just afraid to drive it when it warm out. oh yeah--engine light comes on whenthe engine warms up.plz any guidance would be great i dont know much about these cars yet

k well heres an update i guess.. Replaced the pressure feedback electronic sensor and thankfully it did get rid of the check engine light.. heres the thing now--the car runs good and all but after driving for about 30-45mins it started losing power so i floored it and nothing happened and it stalled out on me. so i checked for codes and there was nothing. let it cool down mind you the engine temp is fine, and then started up and made it home again. just an annoying problem im leaning towards the fuel pump but i thought they either work or they dont so all who can plz enlighten me
