Got it narrowed down, it was a dead cell in the battery. I started the vehicle, then took off the positive battery cable while it was running, it still ran, so I knew that the alternator was good. When I took the battery in to get it checked, it was cool so the cell would hold a charge, when it warmed up, the cell wouldn't and the battery would die immediately.
