Does anyone know if the b-pillar on the 91 Tempo Coupe has pre-drilled/threaded holes that would receive bolts for a 3-point seatbelt system?

B pillar? Are you trying to replace the power seatbelts with manual seatbelts or retro fitting shoulder belts in the rear?

I'd like to replace the front power seatbelts with 3-point manual seatbelts. Neither of my automatics work. I checked out the driver side today and discovered that the chain/belt was buckled and ruined at the motor. I don't want to invest in having the automatics fixed only to have them break down a year later.

The holes should be there behind the trim. Like I said, cars with airbags and canidian versions had manual seat belts.
