I have a 1992 Topaz V6 equipped with air conditioning. The A/C no longer works. The thing is, that it doesn't even seem to be trying to work. That is when I press the A/C button with the engine running the clutch on the compressor doesn't even try to engage. There's no clicking, buzzing, grinding anything. It just sits there. Could this be something as simple as a fuse or bad electical connection? Where is the fuse for the compressor?

Low refridgerent will cause that too. If you have the owners manual it will give fuse location.

Check the fuses, Check the electrical connections to the switch and the ac compressor.
