Hi I have a 94 mercury topaz and I found a 90 tempofor sale anyone know if the doors are interchangeable

Are they the same body style (ie both 4 doors or both 2 doors)? If so, then yes. The trim molding on the sides of the doors are different with the 90 having a fake chrome peice and a black rubber peice and the 94 having a color matching trim peice.

Other than that, they are pretty much the same. I'd suggest new door bushings and pins if you can find them.

thanks the thing is though I have power windows and they have all stopped working checked the fuses and this 90 has doors with mannal windows (crank) and I figguered it would be a quick fix its a buddys old car and he was going to demo it so I asked him to hold on a sec but your right those are different thanks for the reply

Do you still hear the motor turn?

The 2 most common problems with the power windows involve the plastic gears where the motor connects. If that is the case, the gears can be replacted fairly cheaply.
