How do you replace the fan belt? I cant get to the tensioner.
Thanks

The 2.3 doesn't have a fan belt because the fan is electric. The 90 should have had 3 belts. Two are "V" belts and one is a wide "serpertine" belt. The one "V" belt runs from the power steering pump to the alternator, and the other "V" belt runs from IIRC the crank pully to the water pump.

I'm assuming you mean the water pump belt. I would advise alot of WD-40 and some time. The bolt should loosen up to the point. IIRC it has a bolt on top that you turn to tighten or loosen.

Last time I changed a water pump, I ended up taking part of the intake off. The tensioner is low and almost impossible to reach with everything in place. There should be a nut on the top of the tensioner that loosens or tightens the tensioner. It should not be spring loaded or any kind of deal like that.
