Hi there

I cleaned the TBI with some carb cleaner and I think I might of put some dirt on the IAT sensor by accident and the ECM light came on.. I did some research everywhere and I can't find it...
it's the sensor that monitors how much air is going into the air intake..

I have a 1991 Ford Tempo L with the 3 speed automatic 2 door

I got this on another site and I can't see it. does someone know where it is or maybe have a snap shot of it

It's located in the rear of the air box. If you remove the lid off the air filter box and look inside under the filter you will see a orange tip sticking through the side of the box. That is the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor.???????

Try this picture. Also know as an ACT sensor. What code did you get using a code scanner???
