mad wont start has fuel spaek compression

i have a 94 topaz and it sat for about 3 years i started it drove it to my other house than parked it a couple days later i tried it and it wouldn't start so today i went to check it out and when i pulled out the spark plugs they had spark and there was fuel and fuel pressure but the plugs were covered in oil and there's oil gunk inside my valve cover it started a couple times then died like it needed gas and im very confused any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

what color is this gunk? black yellowish?. Was any other color on the spark plugs? Have u cleaned up the plugs are started it up again?. Also when you were driving the car has was it running rough smooth, mis- firing @ idle?.

Definitely some good questions to ask. Gives you a better understanding of situation
