That depends what you mean by straight line advantage.
To get the answer on that you must know the exit speed of the courner prior to the straight. Getting out of the courner has more to do with top speed than any power difference the teams have on each other. Having said that HRT have never been short on power and neither has a few of the other Holdens.
The teams are all reasonably close on the power side of things
However the teams are no where near close on suspension set up
I think cars are so close in parity now that it comes down to the actual design of the car. If everything else is even as in performance wise, I feel holden have the advantage with the wider track and a few other bits here and thier on the v8 supercar.
