Maybe Ford should use the Arrow 2 door coupe in the V8 Supercars, if you all remember back in the good old days of Ford (1970's) Ford decided to use my favourite car, the XA,XB and XC 2 door hardtops in the ATCC instead of the 4 door version
The legendary 1,2 finish in 1977 was Ford's best and surely the Arrow would make a much better racecar than the AU 4 door
The AU is very aerodynamic but it seems aerodynamics didn't do much for Ford.

The arrow isn't a Ford really and is not sold in any car yard but it would be interesting to do a comparison between the 2 with one driver (AMBROSE or LOWNDES)
Ford have to do something soon.
There has been a market for a 2door falcon since 2000 , perhaps earlier and they still haven't done one even after many letters i sent them pleading for something to rival the Monaro

V8 Supercars must be a 4 door Australian Made Production Sedan with a Single cam 5ltr V8.

My Mate Drives a MIni Sprint (#65 Wade McCarthy) and his Dad drives a 360 (#65 Peter 'Spider' McCarthy)

I saw those guys that night on the track, pretty good.

It's not a stupid rule. V8 Supercars has been a 4 door, 5l V8 pushrod class for ages - why should they change?

Besides, the Arrow is a Hillier/Autotek car, not a production Ford.

Well then why not put it in Nations Cup. It seems that Ford have no idea how to market their product. As soon as Holden announced they were going to do production of the Monaro, Ford should of done a 2 door of their own
I can't bare Holden having the market all to themselves

Oops i forgot, Nations cup only allows production cars not the Arrow type which are only for a select few people with $150,000 in their pockets
If i could afford it i would get another AU and then have Hillier's modify that one. My baby is perfect as she is.
