Could someone help clarify a couple of things for me.

1) JB. Was he sacked (or did he resign) as a result of an argument with Simon Wills after Bathurst?

2) GMS. Fred Gibson is leaving GMS and Forbes Senior is taking over. Is this correct? If so, why is Fred leaving? Did it have anything to do with Rodney Forbes and his place at GMS?

Sorry for appearing like an idiot, but I'd like to be brought up to speed!

JB and CAT Racing are saying it's an amicable split but he was sacked for sure.

Fred Gibson is leaving GMS due to a difference of opinion with team owner Bob Forbes.

Not impressed that someone of the calibre of Fred Gibson is leaving Ford. I'd be furtherly unimpressed if Rodney Forbes was somehow involved.

Howcome its called Gibson Motor Sport if Bob Forbes owns it? It would make sence to call it FMS or Forbes Motor Sport.
