drag racing question

anyone know for how many kgs u loose on the car, the tenths u drop over a quarter?

i heard it was half a second per 100Kg for the new ford

rule of thumb is 50kg= .1 of a sec over the quater

so 150kgs would be a .3sec drop, what do u think the headlight ram air would be worth? hopefully another .3!

That headlight is def worth something. I did my first run with stock setup and the next run it was like WOAH!

Hmm . . wouldn't you be best with one of those drag calculator programs ? It'd surely be pretty dependent on your start weight and power ( i.e. losing 150kg off a EB would be better than 150 of a BA )
