With victory in 8 of 11 rounds so far contested in the 2003 V8 Supercar Championship series, Ford goes into this year’s PlaceMakers V8 International at Pukekohe Park south of Auckland as hot favourites to take their first full championship win in New Zealand.
Leading the charge will be a team owned by two Kiwi brothers Jimmy and Ross Stone, with championship leader Marcos Ambrose (Pirtek Racing) and the winner of the Gold Coast round just two weeks prior, Russell Ingall (Caltex Havoline Racing).
We will be there in our Ambrose replica XA falcon, can't wait.

HA, well Murphy was on the Game of two halves here, he didnt know anything about any other sports and he didnt know much about motorsport either, Mich King had a FPV shirt on, hopefully gave him shit.
I would like to see Rusty win myself, watch Skaife and Murf have not so successful results, so that the Eastern Creek grand final is a battle between Marcos and Rusty... winner take all...

Yeah the Handbag didn't know jack about sports let alone the V8's haha. I was jumping up and down screaming Jim Richards with 7 and the Spud says Perkins with 6 . I watch A Game of Two Halfs religiously (and Sports Cafe') but I didn't notice Mike King in an FPV shirt!!! Bloody funny show anyway, they're all tools! - Except Mike King and the man Marc Ellis ofcourse!

intersting thought there GTR. Would be good to have an all ford battle for the championship. However I would like to see Ambrose win after the effort he has put in this year. Rusty next year or even lowndes, or seton...ah there are just so many...
