Hi all...

This is a post for anyone with a bit of go karting knowledge..

You would have no idea how much I love go karting...I'm a regular down at Ace Karts in Sunshine, Vic...I'm actually getting some really good times, so I've decided to buy my own kart so I can start some amateur racing.

I'm a bit lost as to where to start.

I've been told that KT100's are a great way to start...but i wouldn't have a clue about what sort of chassis to buy, etc etc..

Can anyone shed a bit of light my way?

Have a look at the Victorian Karting Association Web site as a starting point.

It gives all the contacts for the clubs etc. Go to your local track/club on a Club race weekend (last Sunday of the month) and talk to some of the guys & gals.

You will probably get more help than you can handle.
