Question Holden: VX or VY

I was just wondering if anyone knows if Holden are using the VY or not, I know Ford are using the BA but I have heard nothing about the VY.......I would love to see how ugly the VY looks lined up next to the BA....

yeh, all major Holden teams have upgraded to the VY and are preparing for testing (or they are testing?).

There was an artist's conception of the VY somehwere...

I don't think we'll see that many VY's at the start of the season. Once the teams start using the VY, they cant switch back to the VX. same with the BA and AU. Not every team is using the BA either, I think only around 1/2 the field will be in new cars.

The wallpaper posting has a link to the V8X wallpapers which has a VY in there.

I think you'll find most of the leading Holden teams will run a VY and VX at the start of the season, this will give them a safety net for when they fall over with the new car!

I think elsewhere it is mentioned how easy the change is for the Holden teams, they have no excuse except a fear of the unknown.

No testing yet - the aero kits aren't built yet which is why the HRT keeps putting off its launch - now the last week of Feb.

The livery of the Team Dynamik car reminds me of either Paul Morris car or the old black livery of the CPR cars.
