Howard hasn't gone anywhere !! He intends to retire at the end of this year...in fact he wanted to go last year but we convinced him to stay on. Steven will assume the total motorsport role with a technical person to ultimately replace Howard working for him. In addition Steven will have a wider marketing role consolidating roles currently undertaken by other people and areas. This is very much a vision that Howard has been trying to get implemented during the last year or so. We need a more coordinated approach rolling in the technical area , 'the teams ' ,PR, marketing, merchandise etc. All will be clear as we go forward.
