Michael Schumacher improved his own lap record at Imola with the new F2004. The World Champion's previous record was 1'20"411 (in February 2003). Today, Schumacher finished the session with a best time of 1'19"664, which is a new record at Imola!
Testing will resume for a final day of action tomorrow and then the teams will be heading to Australia for the first GP of the 2004 season on 7 March.

Ferrari got the whoop ass! David Coulthard is still as slow as a wet week, though aster than Montoya which i thought would be the other the way round. Any new pictures of the new Ferrari with new aerodynamics? maybe thats why its got some more pace

From what i have heard its to help smoothen the air flow to the rear wing. I think the wings are thinner than past attempts. Not sure if other teams have had that rubber underneath their front wings. Just something new for the car.
Exactly right mate, considering they've won the last 3 driver and the last 5 constructors championships man they are just a barrel of laughs. I can picture the other teams grinning and laughing as Micheal and Rubens continues to dominate. Get a life idiot
