Hmm I don't know if I really liked that race...

Marcos did a great job, but don't know if he had the speed to take down Skaife if he didn't loose it. Seems the old and questionable HRT car still has the speed!

Marcos's burst at Rick Kelly - deserved? Maybe, he did say he slowed down to let Rick pass (and why wouldn't he want to un-lap himself?) but surely Rick has the reason to be there?

Who else thinks Skaife should have yielded to Ambrose in the first corner? Ambrose had racing line, Skaife had way too much speed... Kinda like the Brad Jones Bathurst thing all over again..

Big loser of the day - Russell Ingall. Driver who should have stayed in bed? Rick Kelly.

Wasn't much of a race, except for the carnage, too narrow, too short, no pitstops, I didn't think it too great...

That witches hat got mangled though! LOL..

Um...I think perhaps Skaife should have yeilded, the whole thing unfolded by Skaife going waaay too hot under brakes to try and beat marcos, in the end skaife over cooked it and possibly if marcos wasnt there would have straight lined the chicane anyways, but may have even looped it on himself. That's racing, typical indy first corner really.

You couldn't really see the incident between Ingall and Kelly, but I would guess if what Rick says is true in that Ingall turned over the front of his car then Ingall could take some blame for it. Again just a typical indy first corner.

Rick actually handled his post race interview quite well....maybe he is starting to learn how not to be a tool...

In parts Skaife had Ambrose's measure, and if Ambrose didn't pass him at around the time Skaife spun, I would suggest Ambrose would not have passed Skaife and just stuck behind him for the championship points.

Ingall hit a wall. It was enough to bring him into the pits. He finished 26. I was hoping Bright would have a bad day. Oh well there is tomorrow. Here is the championship for the main drivers

More importantly, Ingall either turned into Rick Kelly or Rick Kelly hit him going into turn 1 of the race. Thats the main reason why he was so far back. That and clipping a wall and hitting a few Holdens up the bum...

Aw c'mon - for once he didn't do much wrong at all - there was no room in the first corner (maybe they should have the start/finish line in a different part of the track?). And as said earlier he handled himself pretty well after Ambrose's outburst at the end.
