Say by some miracle that Russel Ingall was to come second to Ambrose coming #1 in the champ (again

) would he get the number 2 car?

I only thought about this because A. Its the Same Team B. He Came Second and C. Ambrose has #1.

nah, number 2 is the same as any number and belongs to the team that has it. HRT for some reason would have to agree to give it to SBR, which i doubt will ever happen.

They got it off Gibson motorsport i think, don't know how???, but i am positive that no one has the right to claim any other number than #1.

I thought I read somewhere that they made an exception for P.Brock to run that number, its bound to confuse some computers

There is a rule by cams that no number for any race car may begin with a #0, but V8's seem to be able to do whatever they want these days and it is Brocky after all.
