Yep, the Contracts Recognition Board has ruled the Button must stay at BAR for 2005.
Williams are not going to contest the decision.
Williams test driver Antonio Pizzonia is favourite to take the drive at Wiliams.

I wonder what the relationship between Button and BAR will be like, it would surely be pretty uncomfortable I reckon.
But I think BAR do have the edge over Williams at the moment, although we will have to wait and see in the new season who the key teams are.

Sucked in to Button. Also, he had released a statement earlier that if they ruled against Williams, he would not drive for BAR but rather sit out the season instead - as a team cannot force a driver to drive, but they can stop him driving elsewhere. Interesting to see if he has a change of heart on this.

They should have let him go me thinks. He obviously didn't want to be diving for BAR. Williams just should have had to pay BAR the rest of Buttons contract.
