Dick Johnson has recieved a restored written off V8 Supercar shell of the First V8 Supercar to win a race in the new series, It had been written off at the mountain later that year..
A team of Tafe students restored the car which will now go on display at DJR headquaters in queensland.

I wouldn't mind seeing DJR's display of old Ford race cars, would be great to see the progression made ethroughout the years.
I also would like to go through the F1 teams HQ's and the museum at Indy.:D :D

I agree, on DJR's website they should have a virtual museum of his old raceing Falcons, some video footage.. if it isnt already there!

it may not be a virtual museum as such but there is a few old videos and a heap of pics and stuff

could be improved though

Have you read his book[D.J] I think it's called.:don't tell me I can't do that" and a video out called "true blue" all top stuff for a Ford or motor racing fan..Liked the early days they seemed to have more trouble getting to and from the race tracks Did it from the ground up even if he started in a Holden .He did the lot! How things are so different now?
Helps alot of kids up that way too,that doesn't get mentioned.Top bloke..
