Minardi take receipt of Ford power!
A 2002 72-degree V10 Cosworth engine [10/11/02 - 01:31]

Although there has been no official announcement from Minardi concerning their engine supply for the 2003 season, they will definitely be running with Ford Cosworth power and have already taken receipt of a 2002 72-degree V10 Cosworth engine. The plan is to start the year with an evolution of the PS02, their 2002 contender, fitted with this particular engine.

The Faenza based squad will take to the Valencia circuit in Spain from the 26th to the 28th of November where they will run in an old PS01 fitted with the old Cosworth engine. During this outing they aim to evaluate French driver Frank Montagny, winner of the 2001 Nissan Championship, and Russian Sergei Zoblin.

After losing Mark Webber to Jaguar for next year and Alex Yoong's talk of joining the American based CART series, Paul Stoddart is on the look out for new drivers, however at this stage the team is in no hurry to disclose its line-up for 2003.

Should be better than what they currently run. Don't they have Asiatech at the moment?

I wonder who will drive for Minardi next year?
