Its not fitness they need its corporate australian sponsorship - classic case of the cart before the horse IMO

The AIS has courses in sponsorship, presentaion & management as well as the physical & metal side of your chosen sport.

At least they can teach them not to hit the guys in the cars with blue badges and colouring that look the same in silhouette.

Maybe they could make the blue cars go faster with some Kelloggs Sustain?

... or get fatter and block those red ones from getting through.

That's good DRU842 its certainly a help, but unless the mindset of Australian companies/government change in supporting our guys to get good drives in the UK and States the off track training only gets them so far.

Perhaps the money spent on this programme could be better used sponsoring drives o/s. Let them excel on the track where they will be noticed not in the classroom or gym.
