svoghia, I have a Mr Jeff Browne on the phone, from Browne & Co solicitors, on behalf of Holden, would you like to take the call??
Seriously though, the ownership thing needs fixing in a methodical, transparent, communicative manner, to make sure nobody loses out from the process.
Control tyres are fine if the rules are the same for all. Testing on old rubber is insane, and that part should be fixed sooner rather than later.... Let the teams have 50 new sets per car per year or something, and you dont have to use them all but any you dont use arent transferable.
They were introduced to stop the bleating of the non-Bridgestone teams who kept telling everyone that the only reason they were slow was tyres.... as the HRT juggernaut continued in the Dunlop era :)
AVESCO isnt the problem exactly, its the people behind AVESCO inside TEGA who need to wake up and smell the commercial reality
