Nemo racing is suing every other team so they can get a level 1 licence. It was just announced on Ch10 sports tonight.

Not very smart.

No matter how many lawyers they're employing, they'll have at least another 10 sets of lawyers to deal with. I don't see them getting anything by attempting to sue the other L1 teams, except ofcourse a large bill for hiring their lawyers and other assorted legal fees

Can someone explain what the deal is with this? This sounds really wierd?? Since when can you sue everyone else cause they have a L1 lisence and you dont??

Nemo isn't suing every other level 1 team, Nemo is merely undergoing a formality under the legal process by serving 'writs' to each of the Level 1 teams. This is required in order for legal proceedings to go ahead so that Nemo can put forward its case reasons why it should be a level 1 franchise despite there being 'no room' available (from TEGA's view) for an additional level 1 franchise

Surely he could only sue the teams who participated in the lastest rounds of licence swaps and leases, and the board that ratified them, in the hope of having the deal reversed?
He cant challenge the number of licences.
