I think he will still be driving in the enduro events and doing some testing.

You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen. It said, 'Parking Fine.'So that was nice.
Good I know a lot of people like Larry for some reason but he has always been among my most hated he has always come of to me as being completely full of himself & I think this is the reason Ingal wants out of the team. The only problem is he'll be sticking around the races running the team rather then pissing off to the retirement home where he belongs.
A bit harsh I know but there you go I felt like venting a little
Sure he may be a bit arrogant, but most of the drivers of his “time” I think were. Brocky, DJ et al.
But his last to first effort at Bathurst is the stuff legends are made of.
Just a couple of things people often forget about LP:
* he did race in F1 & was very well respected, if underfunded;
* as an engineer I think he has few peers in Australian motorsport.
OK he's always been at the evil empire, has a like it or lump it personality but his engineering abilities are streets ahead of DJ & Brock!
I personally dont like the guy that much because of his attitude when you see him trackside, but what we all have to remember is that it is HIM running the team. He's not just the driver, and he has a lot more to deal with then just what time he's due out.
Comparisons could be made to say Glen Seton who whilst running his own team still remains to be friendly and make time for fans, but you can't really compare the two because Larry has more cars. Remember he prepares other peoples cars aswell, although to be honest im not sure who this year.
Anyways, point being, whilst i might not like him much as a person, hes done an incredible amount for the sport in racing, development and engineering, and for that he will always have my respect.
