Here is an article describing the U.S. introduction of the Ford Fiesta Rallycross cars that will be attempting to break ten minutes at Pikes Peak on 7/19. There are pictures of the cars, and drivers Marcus Grönholm and Andreas Eriksson.

Brilliant. I have to watch this. An 800 hp Fiesta being driven at full noise up Pikes peak cannot be missed.

I wish someone would make a decent video of it like the Climb Dance video of Ari Vatanen doing Pikes peak. That is one brilliant video and won some awards. In fact I will link it to warm us up for Pikes Peak. I have watched this over and over..it is so well done.
