Pirtek to end sponsor

Ok what do you think made pirtek to not renew its contract?

Is it as they say as per the official v8 supercar site or do you think they where just being nice about it.

After all they have put alot of finance into SBR only to have murphdick waste there money and wreck their lime light of sponsoring this years V8 Supercar champion and Bathurst winner.
And to be palmed of as a racing incident probbly put the final nail in it.

What are your views?

Yeah, I'd be well pissed about that if I was Pirtek - maybe they'll be looking at some football deal...

No I think it will be a planned decision. I can't see them suddenly making up their mind after that crash to quit the sponsorship. I wonder who the new sponsor will be , Stegbar maybe.

I'm sure there will be plenty wanting to have their name on that Falcon.

Re: Pirtek to end sponsor

At the begining of the year the Parramatta Eels NRL Club signed a three year sponsorship deal with Pirtek. I would say they have directed most of their money there instead.
