heard something in the late night news last night about skaife confident about returning to no. 1 last night (however didnt listen to the story)

so either way he will be trying hard.
however also at the last round at the creek SBR were extremely quick, after ironing out the bugs with their car.

my chrystal ball is as clear as mud this early in the season although i'd like to see Dickies Team do alot better

hehe. trust skaife to make an arrogant comment like that. I reckon the competition will a lot harder this year. I see it as being possibly closer than last year with wins being dished out equally among both Ford and Holdon. No doubt who I'll be going for but I reckon HRT wont be lying down after last year. The championship win from Ford is all HRT need to reinvigorate new enthusiasm after reigning supreme after some 5 years.
Dont get me wrong, I want nothing but a Ford win thru & thru but I see some sparks flying even within the first round (which I will be at on the gridline seating).

Should be a great battle between HRT, SBR and KRT early in the year. I would expect 888 to be there by mid to late season.

Bit worried about SBR, their website is lists this year's news stories as 2003......must be clinging to that year already!

PS. Ingall turns 40 today, wonder if Skaifey sent him a card......

Its probably best not to get our hopes up this year. I know its a pesimistic attitude but unless SBR have some kind of secret weapon that nobody knows about, HRT are gonna be looking for revenge.

It'll be a cracker of a season but I have strong feelings that HRT will bounce back bigger than ever unfortunately. I hope the championship win from SBR hasnt gone to their heads too much into this year as we need them and other teams to concentrate badly.

Can you imagine 'if' Ford were to take out this years championship with skaife at his supposedly 'best' possible form? That would mean more to me than even last years win IMHO. Not saying skaife wasnt trying, but SBR pretty much caught him a little off guard and persued it from there.

I reckon FPR are in for a good chance this year, and i think SBR will come out with fists flying (Hopefully not ingall at skaife). Ambrose will be as hungry as ever, and i think HRT will be right on his tale. Hopefully though, more ford teams will be up the front!

yes, I reckon we'll see the likes of 888, the new team with david besnard better than last year, FPR, DJR and definitely SBR in the top 10 this year.

i think the newer Ford teams from last season will impove, proply more so FPV.

DJR's end of last season looked promosing(fingers crossed)

but i still think it will be a SBR/HRT battle again
