Question Quick stops

Does anyone know the fastest pit stop in v8 supercars? 6.8 seconds
on for Ingall/SBR has to be pretty close to the top.

Re: Quick stops

Was that a stop or a drive through? Maybe they forgot to change the tyres?
Something I noticed different about stone brothers was they have the wheel nuts 3/4 off before the car even finishes lifting, there's no wasted time or useless movement.

Re: Quick stops

I remember McLaren doing a pitstop just for tyres in 1993 i think it was and it went for 4.1 seconds. But the time for SBR is very fast for V8's with limited people allowed to work on the car etc.

Re: Quick stops

V8 Supercars amd Formula 1 cars are very different and one might have a gain in one area and the not in the other where the other one might, so i dont tihnk it is really fair to compare them
