Crompton started 26th .
The only highlight of the race apart from Crompton is both Kmart Commodores not finishing the race.

I see it is business as usual then. Hopefully Ford teams have better luck in race two.

I'm afraid it is not a matter of luck J-type.

Unless the ford teams can get reliable race cars, and learn how to do pit stops, then i'm afraid they are wasting their time.

Ambrose 20sec pit stop, (won't win races that way)

Lowndes needs new motor, (wont win races that way)

Ford might as well go back to sponcering the tennis

For Ambrose to have a 20sec pit stop and still finish 4th (the highest placed Ford driver), certantly shows how hopless the rest of the Ford drivers and cars and teams are.

Actually Ambrose had a 29 second pitstop, and to still get 4th shows how pathetic the other ford teams are.. Ford should sink more money into the stone brothers team and forget about most of the others..
