Just a note to let all the South East Qld people about Rally Qld.

There are two Falcon XR8s competing (EF - Peter Menzies, EL - Ian Menzies), Viv Gees in his 351 XA coupe, and the usual quantity of Escorts buzzing around.

The event is this weekend (13-15 June), based in Caloundra with the bulk of the stages in the forests at Imbil. There will also be the usual blast up the (tarmac) Noosa Hillclimb Saturday night. Apparently there is still rubber on the Noosa Hilclimb from an indiscretion I had two years ago......

We have both been testing recently near Jimna - checkout the attached photo of one of us "crossing" a grid.

Pop in and say hi if you are up there.

Do you think the designers had that kind of treatment in mind when they first put pen to paper? lol

If they did, they would have figured out a better way to get the front bumpers to hold together!

Oh, and better lights, but we have solved that ourselves...
