Thumbs up Schu so good it's bad

I think Murrays correct, as a Schumacher fan I even feel at times annoyed there is no variety at the front. Although with Kimi back in a fast car the rest of the year should be quite interesting. Next year should be a really fantastic year for F1 and if Schumacher decides to stay on board I think he'll definately have to watch out for the two Williams drivers!!!

Re: Schu so good it's bad

Yeh, Ferrari are in a class of their own this year.

Every other team has its problems.
-Williams: drivers spend more time bitching then racing
-BAR: good despite Sato's fetish for spraying the field with smoke from his engine blowups.
-McLaren: Car goes faster in reverse
-Jaguar: Good driver, bad car. Losing $400,000 diamonds isnt helping their finances either!

It will be good to see Shumachers career end with a severe Williams ass whooping from webber and button!

PS: good signature pic no boundaries... wish smokers would stop blowing their shit into my air!

Re: Schu so good it's bad

I can handle a quality team dominating teams competing to a lesser standard. It's up to the other teams to put up what Ferrari have, including their financial effort, or accept where they stand. The fans would have plenty to see if the grid below P1 were passing but they're not either. Just think, how different are the positions after one and two every week. P2 even has some variety yet there is no overtaking among these cars that swap positions week to week. The cause is not then based around one car being quicker every lap of every day of every year, though he might well be. The cause is the cars not being able to get better pace than the one in front at ANY stage where they can do something about it. They spend two days refining who is the quickest with the setup they've chosen, set the grid, then bar them from changing the cars. Maybe if they could the alter the cars from qualifying to race there'd be a longer settling period at the start. Mix this with unaltered fuel loads from qualifying and maybe.....

Very true - they will be good next year.

Maybe there is some light at the end of the tunnel. This ferrari dominance has made F1 a bit depressing. Its been reflected in the ratings also!

And yeah! Whoever thought of putting a $400K diamond on the front of a rookies car, it's not like he's built a sturdy reputation of keeping the car on the road, has got to be having a good look in the mirror. What did they imagine would happen if he bounced off the tyre wall?

Completely agree.

Sport is exciting because there is a chance your team/driver MIGHT win.. Who watches replays of races and enjoys it even if its your fav driver winning? That's basically what F1 has been for the past few years because there's always the same result.

No one wants a dominance in a sport for an extended period of time. I WANT TO SEE RACING.... not one driver winning a lot of races and "making history".

AND by the way, this is not because I think Shumacher is an arrogant german in a car that is driving him to victory..... I wouldnt want to see Webber win 75 races in a row. The first 12 would be awesome... after that I would turn the TV off.

Re: Schu so good it's bad

I have to agree also, the best races this year have been Monaco, Silverstone and to a lesser degree the German and the reason they were good if for a moment there the race wasn't in the bag after 5 laps. He's a legend and there's no argument there but it'd be better if there was someone to step up to the challenge and make him earn his victory every lap. Micheal puts in 2 lap records and pulls away before the first ad break.

It was great to see Kimi match the champs pace and with a handful of races left i'm looking forward to him having a bit of luck with reliablity aswell as performance which has not been the case this year

P.S thanks Dayton for the sig comment
