Seto and Lowndes in CAT Car

Great interview with David Flint check it out at

http://www.v8motorsport.com

In the interview he mentions that Seto and Lowndes will be in the CAT car, and even if they are forced to run three cars the pairings for the first 2 will not change.

Also first prodrive engine to be in OZ in August

Re: Seto and Lowndes in CAT Car

Hey David.

Your interview was a good read!!!

In the interview you say the new engines should arrive in August. Do you think you'll have them in time for Oran Park??? & if not how confident are you that they will last 500km in Sandown, without at least one race under there belts????

Glenn Seto is GOD !!!!!

Re: Seto and Lowndes in CAT Car

Be good to see Lowndes with some more power, as he mentioned in the last round I think, that they were lacking in the power department, let's see how good Prodrive really are,I hope they live up to their background,

I know one thing, Sparkles will be happy because Flinty drives (quote) "A Mercury Silver FPV GT-P Auto (no stripes)"!

He get's the tick of approval.

No car ATM but I am looking at one...
I don't want to say which one otherwise someone else might buy it!

Re: Seto and Lowndes in CAT Car

Its not that us aussie's cant build a devent engine. Its just not cost effective. Maybe if Australia was the motor racing hub of the world... unlike Britain which is!

Re: Seto and Lowndes in CAT Car

My understanding after talking with john matthews,
is the engines are being developed in the UK and once that is achieved they will be built at the new headquarters near FPV in Melbourne
