not that it really matters but....

Why is it that all the current V8 supercars have AUI XR front on them and none have AUII-III XR fronts?Some have the AUII-III rear (E.g 00) so why not the front aswell?

just curious...

I thought they did have the AUII front because the homologated AUI front had that splitter in the airdam remember

Yep you are wrong Ho Ho - well sort of

The AU1 front did have the splitter and the current machines still use that front but with a common bottom tray (parity laws saw the Falcons get the Commonbore's bottom tray) when the change was made from Ser 1 to Ser 11 the updated front end wasn't adopted due to the fact it was deemed to be waste of money - ie there was no advantage in updating.

Perhaps they should of changed the front end and designed a new front aero pack at the same time
