Team Yamaha is successfully chipping away at lifting performance of the Tickford AU III T- SeriesTE50. Race finishes at Oran Park on Sunday the 5th 0f May saw TE50 Driver, “Trevor Haines” go from 17th in race one to 15th in race two and finishing up 12th in the final race for GT performance.

Trevor commented: “The TE50 has had further refinement since Symmon’s Plains which has given the car a boost in power output and the misfire we experienced has now been rectified. Additionally I have got more confident with the car and the way it handles an puts it’s power down.”

And whilst the TE50 was lifting its game on the track there was three gleaming examples of the Tickford Range on display at the “ Team Yamaha Pit Garage.”

With the support of Tony Chesterman of Tickford and Peter Hardy-Smith from the Peter Warren Group (FTE Liverpool), “Team Yamaha” were able to show off to the spectators and fellow competitors a range of Tickford Vehicles that included a TS50, 250kw Pursuit Ute and 220kw XR8.

Team Manager (Jon Carroll) commented: “We are very grateful for the ongoing support provided by Tickford and the willingness of the Peter Warren Group (FTE Liverpool) at short notice to provide display vehicles and personnel for the Oran Park Round. This is just outstanding support, and we thank them for getting behind Our Race Team and Promotion Efforts.”
