What I love is how level they look going in to an comming out of corners now. The AU was for ever locking the front driver wheel on a right hand turn and understeering the BA damn it's just smooth.
Was great to see the Ba's floating round the track and even the new Vy commies locking the rear driverside wheel on most corners.
From where I sat (Opposite pit entry gold pass) it was an awesome race and those EA/VN races were F#%#ing sick aswell!!

am i right in saying that mark skaife was the only guy out there with a vy today? i saw a shitload of ba's, but only one vy... i think...

There were a couple of others. Skaife and Todd Kelly were running a hybrid, being a pair of VX's with VY bodywork. This means they were running last years engine and front suspension.

Garth Tander was in a full spec VY and also the Team Dynamik guys.

Paul Morris had one as well, this car was the one trashed at Albert Park. Not sure if it's a hybrid or a full spec VY.

But the BA ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Partially correct:

Skaife and kellys cars were indeed "Hybrid" VY's but they run the new front suspension, but last years engines

Garth Tander and the team dynamik guys are in VY's with the new engines, as is Paul Morris
