Hmmm very interesting.

I'd support it if it was the only way for Ford to get what it requires, though I'd have to admit that boycotting Bathurst is a bit extreme.

I wish they had come up to this at the begining of the year!

boycotting bathurst is an extreme measure, i dont think they should, but it would send a PARITY formula or death of V8 supercar racing sort of message to Avesco.

oop's i said the p word, but it would send a really huge message to the governing bodies of v8 supercar racing in australia.

honestly ive never even come into the parity debate untill now but after the weekends races, it needs to be addressed.

HRT will probably try to block it because if it happens they'll probably get beaten by Ambrose and SBR.

Sorry guys but i can't help but have a little whinge.

Why is that when Ford want to get a parity adjustment AVESCO/TEGA says no way but when Holden, especially Larry Perkins has a whinge they get what they want straight away without any arguments.

IMO there are alot of Holden supporters on that freakin AVESCO/TEGA Board :

How much do you guys want to make a bet that the Board will once again say NO to Ford?

I don't think they will say no this time, and if they do can you imagine the uproar and the amount of tickets they wouldn't sell...
It stands to hit AVESCO & Cochrane right where it will really hurt, in the hip pocket, and I don't think they will risk that happening

If so, then they could threaten to drop the sponsorship.?
