I kinda thought people would be much more happy and looking foward to Bathurst, but all there is in here is more whinging than ever ... First we have a pile of conspiracy rubbish about Holden teams deliberatly taking out Fords, then we have a diagram showing that Ford have a superiour aero kit in all but front downforce ...

How about some positive discussion for once guys??

Sorry Hobbes, nothing personal, I'm sick of the sh*tfighting too. It's great to see a Ford at the front of the V8 field, it's been a while. I'm looking forward to Bathurst very much. It's a tough race, there are probably at least 20 cars that have a good chance of winning.

From where I sat, if Murph hadn't blown his fuel pick-up pumps (Read in latest A/Action), or run out of fuel, or whatever, I don't really think that Dave Besnard would have got round him by the end of those laps. He was fairly going, and the car sounded fine.
A bit of bad luck really, but that the way it goes!!

It was a great day's racing, with two Holden dramas' really opening up the whole race.
I for one, am looking forward to Bathurst.
It will be a tough race as ever, and the Ford's will have a big job ahead of them regardless of what people think.
That's the way it is, until the rules change and the Ford boys get it together. Pure and simple.
They are getting there, though I think it will come down to someone getting the dream Bathurst run that crops up once in a while!!!!!!!!!!!

Umm... what is the use of rear downforce if there is no front downforce? The effect is like a plane where rear downforce is applied and front downforce is minimised it creates lift. Secondly less drag is useless when you can't accelerate out of a corner hard because you are shredding your back tyres due to extremely poor front grip? Get off the drugs.

Ummm Hobbes the stuff about Morris blocking fords and the disparity has been talked about for years now...It is not like it is new or anything, and why should people stop and give up their arguments just because one thing goes their way? If everyone had stopped talking about it and then when holden win another round its brought back up again you holden guys would say we only whinge when we're losing. So to you it doesn't matter, either way you will bag us out, so why stop? A win doesn't change a car or an opinion.

I used to like the days of racing where blocking wasn't thought of...IT'S CALLED RACING! Bloody driving over yellow lines whne exiting the pits...STRUTH! You gotta be kidding me. Too many rules, too much crap to remember. Those boys out there are there to RACE, nothing more....some people need their heads removed from their asses.
