Has anyone had any problems with their convertible top not sealing properly? I have had mine into the shop on two different occasions and finally had to have one of the regional specialists look at it. It still isn't fixed because only the regional specialist can fix it (supposedly) and the parts had to be ordered.<br>
What happens is when you go to put the top up, the rubber seal on the passenger sides poufs out. Once I roll the window down and back up, it is fine.<br>
I was just curious if anyone else had experienced this problem and if anyone had any ideas on what to do (short of torturing the service manager). :-)

Sounds strange, since the windows retract some and then close after the top if fully up. Yet you say lowering and raising fixes the problem.

Yeah it is strange and it only took the service dept three tries to fix it! Service is absolutely horrible I have discovered. Doesn't seem like they can get anything fixed the first time!

I've had nothing but good experiences with service. And I have to admit I've had many chances to sample it. The Service Manager is the main reason I'm considering another Jag - that and the fact no other car comes close in looks!
