Ford 2003 Annual Meeting Voting Results
A total of 1,294 people attended the 48th annual meeting of Ford Motor Company [NYSE: F] shareholders today at Ford’s Conference and Event Center.
Preliminary voting results indicate that a total of 1,566,162,517 shares of common stock and 70,800,728 shares of Class B stock were represented at the annual meeting in person or by proxy. These shares represent 93.4 percent of the votes that could be cast.
Each director received at least 2,533,368,197 votes, or 92.5 percent of the votes cast at the meeting (Proposal 1 in the proxy statement).

Proposal 2. Relating to the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Ford Motor Company's independent public accountants for 2003.
For: 98.4 percent
