RPO83 Mr. Embargo Join Date: May 2001 Location: Embargoland Posts: 3,745	Ford Of Europe Appoints New Human Resources Vice President COLOGNE, 5 July 2002 � Ford of Europe has appointed Nick Caton as Vice President Human Resources, effective August 1 2002. He will report to Martin Leach, President and Chief Operating Officer, Ford of Europe. Caton succeeds John Walker, who is moving to the US to become Executive Director, Human Resources, International Operations and Global Purchasing. Walker will report to David Thursfield Group Vice President, International Operations and Global Purchasing. Nick Caton is currently Director Human Resources, Land Rover, having joined the Premier Automotive Group in July 2000. He was previously Director Human Resources, Ford of Mexico and prior to that, Human Resources Director for the Ford/VW joint venture, AutoEuropa, in Portugal. He started his career with Ford in 1982. Born in 1959, Nick Caton has a BA in History from Hull University. __________________ *Retired.
