Ford Division is offering customers the automotive industry’s first customized, real-time electronic brochure. The new application allows website users instantly to download a vehicle brochure that is completely customized to meet their vehicle research needs.
The new brochures provide real-time product and pricing information generated from the company’s databases and will be available to shoppers at www.fordvehicles.com
beginning Wednesday, June 4.
"Especially in today’s competitive environment, customized electronic brochures will be an invaluable resource to consumers shopping for a new vehicle," said Chuck Sullivan, Ford Division Retail Marketing manager. "The content is designed to be relevant to each individual user and the dynamic application ensures that they receive the most current product and pricing information available."
While some manufacturers offer downloadable versions of printed brochures, Ford’s new electronic brochures are customized to each user’s product preferences and location. The brochures include product specifications, available colors, options, current pricing and local and national incentive information customized by user's zip code. Financing information also is provided as well as links to nearby Ford dealers where users can check dealer inventory. The brochure is generated in an easy-to-save PDF format.
"Instead of having to search multiple Websites, customers now can obtain all the information necessary to make an informed purchase decision in one convenient brochure," said Sullivan.
