Stacy94PGT Registered User Join Date: Feb 2001 Location: The Hills of North Georgia,USA Posts: 7,859	Ford's Mondeo Recalled July 26, 2002 TOKYO � Japan Today reported that Ford Japan Ltd. is recalling a total of 1,252 units of the Mondeo car that were manufactured from June 2000 to May this year due to possible defects, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said Friday. In a report to the transport ministry, Ford Japan said the cars may have faulty electrical systems in their batteries that could cause electric wires to burn out when drivers press down on the accelerator.
