Ford does a decent job re-creating the feel of Steve McQueen's Bullitt car with its limited-edition Mustang Bullitt GT, starting with body mods that give it a visual link to the fastback '68 Mustang GT 390 it pays homage to. Ford gave it unique C-pillar and quarter-panel treatments, side scoops and 17-inch alloy wheels, and lowered the suspension three-quarters of an inch. But the Mustang Bullitt GT isn't only about looks. It also sits on a stiffer suspension, uses unique antiroll bars and larger, 13-inch front Brembo calipers painted red, and has frame-rail connectors. Underhood, the Bullitt Mustang gets power from a 4.6-liter dohc V8 with improved airflow that pumps out 5 more horses than in stock GT form. A truly special 'Stang.

My first car was a 67 Mustang Coupe, 2nd one was a 67 Cougar XR-7, 3rd one was a 66 Mustang Coupe. Why did I get rid of these cars for ? I know why, because I'm stupid, stupid, stupid.
My next Ford.....
